I went in with my 13 year old daughter. We had just walked in and I was wondering where a product was. I saw an employee named Sarah. The had long dark hair in a ponytail, and said Hi to her with a question mark on my face. She ignored me and continued walking. My daughter then walked up to her and directly asked Sarah where the product we were looking for might be. Sarah was telling my daughter where to look, then when she saw me the look on her face changed to disgust, and her tone changed. We found what we were looking for in the isle that Sarah specified, then went to check out. Sarah was the one who did the check out, by happenstance. She refused to make eye contact and treated me differently than the two ladies before me. I dont know Sarah, we have never met before, and so I am assuming it was rank sexism that she didnt even try to hide. I will not be shopping at this location anymore, and request that other men take their dollars elsewhere.

They have a good selection and great prices. The problem that myself and others had was that they were severely understaffed on the weekend that i went. It was to the point that customers were leaving without their purchases. It could have been a situation out of their control (such as multiple workers sick/didnt show up etc) but otherwise they need to hire a couple more people.

Excellent sales and coupons. Fantastic, helpful and nice staff. Great selection of art and craft materials. Large artificial flower section. Great selection of jewelry making beads and supplies. Stylish seasonal decor and framing options. I only wish there was a larger fabric and sewing section.

I so love this craft store. Shopped it weekly back in the 90s until 2003. Then I moved up to Brainerd. Im hoping that they would build one here. Dont care for JoAnn fabrics store that is here.

Helpful checkout person, the sale tags were not up, but he honored the prices anyway! I would give it 5 stars if it had a better paper pack selection, its very small pickings.
