Sadly I was at Hobby Lobby to get a few things thst were needed for my husbands memorial service. I went there to purchase frames, a shadow box, a guest book and a container that could be used as an urn for his ashes. Aftèr looking at all of the items that were available, l was so confused. As l told her, l needed an opinion form a person who was not emtionally involved. She looked at the 4 l was trying to decide between from and picked the perfect one. While l was checking the young man who checked me out asked if l needed help out to the car. He carried my bags out and put them in the car making sure they were secure. Wondèrful customer service. It made my day much easier.

Ive given Hobby Lobby several chances, however, unless there is something I need to purchase from them...I will not be shopping there any time soon. They never have enough staff, either on the floor or register. None of the aisles are marked (i.e. die cut, wood crafts, craft paints) and you waste a lot of time looking for something because you cant find anyone on the floor to help you. Check out is a nightmare as they typically only have 1-2 registers open. Yes, they have a lot of home goods and knick knacks but if you are looking for true crafting supplies, then Michaels, Joann Fabrics or online suppliers might be a better option.

This stores customer service is horrible. They dont greet you. If you ask a question they seem annoyed that you dared speak to them. They sign merchandise improperly and then they dont honor the discount on the item even though it would clearly appear to the customer that all the items on the shelf were discounted and the sign was generic. The store manager is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I am terribly disappointed in this store.

Horrible customer service. Waited for 15 minutes hitting service bell at fabric counter to receive service. The lady who finally came looked grumpy and almost hit my son in the eye with the vinyl sheet when she was rolling it out which she seems like she didnt even cared just looked and said nothing. When i finally got to checkout line was also very long. horrible place 1st time here and will be last time.

I was totally blown away Thursday when one of the sales associates told me she was going to stand and watch me pick out my last item because they were closing! She was SO SNARKY & UNPROFESSIONAL! Oh not to mention there were still a good number of people shopping! Keep it classy Maple Grove Hobby Lobby! Thats not a good way to treat someone spending money in your store!

Excellent staff Emily was wonderful very kind and helpful and Young man who check us out was wonderful also.went and check on see if things were on sale. Only draw back was one of the manager or department heads was not very kind and we had issues with her in the past.They need more people like Emily and Young man at the register.

Stood in the marker section for ten minutes waiting for help. When someone came by, she said how can I help you. Said we needed markers and she said we closed a minute ago sorry. Would not help. Worst service Ive had in a long time. Sounds like Im not the only one that has had issues at closing.

Huge variety of everything, love that theres always a 40% off coupon on the website. At the Maple Grove location staff is typically rude and the long check out lines are frustrating because there are never more than 2 lanes open and they enter everything by hand.

HUGE store, nice people, LONG check out lines! Love going to HL, please expand the paper crafting department! NO toilet paper. How can you have a place for two GIANT rolls and have NONE??? It was the middle of a Wed not a weekend either.
