Meh, Im a guy and dont exactly look the part of a crafter or seamstress, but I do indeed craft and sew. I generally get ignored when in these places and the same goes here. The staff was not overly knowledgeable about their products but the did at the end of the day have what I was looking for.

While the fabric was in excellent shape, their guest bathroom was not. Feces on the toilet, floor and wall, menstrual blood on the floor, trash everywhere, and the smell was horrific. I refused to use the restroom. It was by far the most disgusting restroom I have ever seen.

I believe this is the worst JoAnn in U.S. The stuffs there are not willing to answer any questions. Well, there maybe someone who is willing to answer, but the answer would be "Dont know" or "We dont have it" even though they have it.

Had exactly what I needed to finish a super hero costume (cape clasp)! I was thrilled to see my sons face when I helped him put it on. Always friendly.

Agree with the restroom problem. Its always disgusting. Fabric is rather expensive, too.
