I have reviewed Mr. Tans evaluation of our service. Indeed, Mr. Tan was overcharged ten dollars for the tire he purchased as part of the repairs performed on his childs bike. Once we became aware of this discrepancy, I immediately contacted the Tan residence and spoke to Mrs. Tan, and offered to refund the ten dollar difference between what Mr. Tan paid for the replacement tire, and what he should have been charged for the tire. The charges should have been $19.99 for the tire, $6.99 for the tube and $10.00 for the labor. Unfortunately, Mr. Tan was charged $29.99 for the tire, in error. I guess if there was a problem with the estimate, the point of sale would have been the best time to address that, in my opinion. Im still waiting for Mr. Tan to accept my refund offer.

Great bike shop, really helpful staff that cares you get the bike that is right for you. The staff has always been great with my son and have encouraged his young love of riding, I really appreciate that and love the hours of family time spent on our bikes. Good service, they have always gotten to our bikes in a timely manner, many times for small things when I wait. We have purchased three bikes from there and will always get our bikes at Bokoo!

Disappointed! I usually like to take my business to the smaller, local bike shops (friendlier, familiar etc.) ... but I also dont like feeling taken to the bank. Needed my boys 16" tire/tube replaced ... and incl. labor/tax came to $49.xx for about 15mins of work & materials. For that money, I could have picked up a new 18" Huffy from Walmart for the same price. Live & Learn I guess. Ill be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

We went to Bokoo Bikes for simple maintenance work on one bike and to look into their road bike options. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Russ was especially attentive to the condition of our current bike and took extra time to make sure everything was in proper order before we walked out the door. We really appreciated the attention and level of service we received. Well done!

Im sorry to say that my experience with this bike shop has been unsatisfactory. The service is grudging; it seems the sales staff only wants to sell $6,000 bikes. Also, the prices are far greater than what you will pay elsewhere. There are many other bike shops in the area which are vastly superior in both service and prices. It is well worth your time to go somewhere else.

Great service and low pressure - you could go to that other Store down the road but good luck getting anybody to help you or getting your bike back in less than three or four days. Buy a bike at this place and you get competitive pricing and your riding the same day!

What a horrible shop. I called to see how much a 6/7/8 Speed chain would cost and I got hung up on twice and then on the third call they told me a chain would cost 30$ What a joke!!!
