Not one bit impressed with customer service here. Stopped in to buy a bike helmet for our younger son, while checking out we inquired about bike specs for our older son since hes ready to move up to a bigger bike. Vague, general advice from the person at the counter. While we browsed their bike selection, 3 salespeople stood behind the counter and not one of them offered to help us. Sorry, but if you want people to buy local youd better have superior customer service. We will take our business elsewhere.

The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming..I have purchased four bicycles from this location, and have always felt more than satisfied with my purchase!! I really appreciate the help and advice the crew here offers. I am sure I will purchase my next bicycle here as well.. Id definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs a new bicycle, or general bicycle service and repair. Ive been to twenty or so bicycle stores, and have yet to find a more decent shop. Ask for Will or Allen

I was riding to a nearby business when I realized I forgot my bike lock. I stopped in to see if I could borrow a lock. Alan cheerfully agreed, saving me MUCH time and effort. I am very grateful for Alan's helpful attitude!

Called to see about a defective crank arm today. Rich said I just said I got a bum crank arm, and hung up on me. Ill never do business there again.
