Not even 1 star!!! We bought a couch and ottoman (almost $2,000) and the product we received it was not the same with the one on display. The quality is really poor and when we went back to the store to ask for help to get it fixed, the sellers agreed that there are problems with our products. We submitted e-mails with pictures to Customer Service and for at least 7 weeks we have not been contacted by anyone. We had to go back to the store several times and take the story from start all over again and again. I was there, in the shop, last time when I visited them and the seller was on the phone with a Customer Rep (Chris) that was having hard times even finding the email I sent and after reviewing the photos he promised he will order parts to fix the products. After few days I received an e-mail in which Crate and Barrel Customer Service Rep is saying that there is nothing wrong with our product and that what is happening is normal. The filling under the top layer started to migrate from one side to another, leaving empty spots on the seating area and also there are lots of feathers coming out each day. I feel like getting our products straight back into the shop and show the rep the bad quality products and how he is not doing anything about it. Just because of this experience we will never buy anything from Crate and Barrel anymore!!!

The previous reviewer who wanted to give no star to this store is right. Avoid shopping at this store. The products (kitchen section) are mainly made in China of poor quality. They dont accept returns easily even when the receipt says you can do so in 90 days. They make up every reason for not to accept the returns, ignoring what is stated in the receipt. The female sale clerk at counter even said sarcastically that she could not accept the return because it was not brought there in one week after the purchase. What she said in fact was illegal. Why did she lie? Because I was not white? The store should train the workers better and teach what the customer service is, and what is legal and illegal, rather than teaching them how not to accept the returns. No wonder this store remains second-rate, compared to other kitchen item stores in the same mall.

On Feb. 6th I visited your store for the first time. Its a pretty nice set up with vibrant colours displayed for livingrooms to kitchen & baths. It made me forget just how cold it was outside. The sales associate who helped us with the bath accessories was most helpful and very pleasant, as was the girl who went to the storeroom to get that one placemat I needed. Now Judy was a whole other story. Im sorry I interupted Judys work to make a purchase. Judy did not ask me if I found everything I was looking for, she did not smile the whole time she was entering my purchase, and she was rather rude. She is NOT a very pleasant person to be working for such a company as Crate & Barrel. Judy did not leave me with a very good lasting impression of your store. Thankyou A.F.

Terrible customer service at this location. This is my first one star review! I shopped in person for dinnerware and found a collection I liked. I was a little rushed, so I decided to buy them online. I came home, logged on to purchase and theyre listed as "in store only." So I called the store to place an order, even gave SKU numbers... and was told that they have none in stock. I asked to please check in that department, because I just saw them 40 minutes ago. No, they dont have any at all. There was a whole display of them. No, there isnt one. Incredible.

Ive received the Crate and Barrel catalog for several years before moving to this side of the state and finally seeing the product line first-hand. Crate and Barrel furniture seems to be solidly built and very stylish. I am very impressed with the stores layout and friendliness of the staff. I got there at a busy time and all the staff were busy helping customers out. I found most prices to be reasonable and the quality and service exceptional. Ill be going there again and again for my kitchen needs as well as inspiration for my additional rooms in my home.

worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!! I shopped online and they were the only store that sat on the order for four business days plus the weekend. Every other store managed to ship within the time frame I ordered from and all they could say was pay for overnight shipping. I will not pay to make up for your poor distribution.

Its nice to have a crate and barrel store so you can see some items. Staff was friendly and helpful. Just the selection of items are limited so dont expect to see the majority of things that are online in the store
