My whole experience at Arhaus has been nothing but HORRIBLE!!!!!! This was my first time shopping here. I found a table that I loved and purchased it 1/7/17. I booked my delivery date for this saturday 1/28/17. I get a phone call from my salesman that said there was a "glitch" in the system and I didnt have a table commited to me so I will not getting it on saturday.( I specifically booked this day because I am hosting a housewarming dinner party at my home and needed my table. I paid extra to have my chairs delivered to me in time from another store and they arrived perfectly as discussed.) My salesmen at Arhaus said he was going to call around and try to find me one since this table is not available until April, all of a sudden. He told me he would call me the next day and let me know the update. And of course he never called me back. So I called and spoke to someone at Arhaus conceirge who was absolutely useless as well. She said she doesnt see that this table is available in any size anywhere which is WRONG because its online and available in 60 and 80 inch. She also said she would have my salesman call me from the store and also the store manager to figure out whats going on. And again no call from either to tell me the status of my order. Yesterday someone from Arhaus Concierge called me to tell me nothing different. He let me know that the table I purchased is not currently available and He was sorry which means NOTHING to me at this point and he would have the store manager and my salesman call me. NEITHER of them called me back. This morning my salesman EMAILS me (NOT CALL) and said he has been sick for the past two days and he will gladly refund me. I WANT MY TABLE THAT I PAID FOR IN FULL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Te customer service at Arhaus has been the worst I Have ever dealt with. The store manager never called me to apologize, my salesman didnt personally call me back and tell me the situation or apologize. They didnt offer me anything. They didnt do anything for all the inconvenience. I am just so upset.

We worked with this store to furnish 2.5 rooms of our home. We had over $23K in furnishings selected. We were encouraged to finance to enjoy sale savings although we were very upfront that our remodel would not be done for months and we were not ready for delivery. The store employees assured us that this was not an issue and that there was "white glove" service - we had ZERO risk until furniture was delivered. Well that was a bold faced lie. When we called to tell them we wanted to place the order on hold and cancel, the store employees again told us no problem, but corporate REFUSED to issue a refund on the thousands we had paid in on the furniture. Furniture NEVER received, touched, or used in any way. What kind of a company has this kind of ethics??? Please, do yourself a favor and run and dont look back! Check out YELP reviews at any Arhaus store in the nation or BBB reviews. Sure, every store has negative reviews, but Arhaus has egregious ones. This is a company devoid of ethics. There are dozens of complaints about quality, customer service, financing, sales, warranty issues, etc. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I could not be more disgusted with this place. There are PLENTY of furniture retailers in the area and no one needs to put up with this crap.

This is THE WORST store ever. Do not purchase. We ordered a full house of furniture and was NOT told that much of it wouldnt be delivered due to back order. They will not return calls, we now have chairs on order with no table because the table is having quality issues. I was told if I cancel the chairs I would only get a refund of 50% for them even though I have no table. Our sales person was a MESS with excuses similar to what the other reviewer said, that they were out sick! Interesting that their whole staff doesnt get back with customers due to sickness. We had things added to our order that we did NOT request. We will NOT be paying 50% for a product we cant use because the other part isnt available. Ive never used a company so terrible. They are cons and somerset should pull them from their store lineup. Look at all the other reviewers saying the same exact thing!

I recently purchased a media console, coffee table and end table - all closeout floor samples. I found the staff very helpful. (My salesperson, Chris, and the store manager even helped me carry the items out to my vehicle!) I purchased these items in an "as is" condition, so you can image my dismay when I unwrapped a large glass insert for the coffee table and discovered a huge chip in the corner, making it unusable. It would have been one thing if I thought I had damaged the glass during transit, but since there were no glass shards in the packaging, I had to assume it was wrapped at the store that way. Even though the stores policies clearly state that these items are "as is" and a final sale, I went back anyway and explained my discovery. Upon hearing this, the manager promptly offered to replace the glass free of charge. Now thats customer service!!!

I had been searching for a cabinet for my kitchen for 4 months with NO LUCK. We walked into the store and still didnt find what we needed. The salesperson Kristen went out of her way to ask specifics on look and dimensions and out of no where on her computer screen was the perfect cabinet. I read some reviews on delivery that scared me. I expressed my concerns and she assured me they had handled those problems. 5 days later my cabinet arrived. It was perfect and the delivery people were efficient and friendly.

Although they have very beautiful items - beware! You will WAIT a VERY LONG TIME for your items!! This has been far the most exhausting and disappointing purchase Ive ever made. I have to-date, canceled one item, and would have canceled the other if I already didnt have the matching library. It will serve you well to look at other quality furniture in Hooker, Lexington, etc...I have been given the run around far too long! Disappointment - but they have no problem taking my $$.

The delivery men were delightful to work with.... extremely careful with carrying the furniture in and very patient while I decided "where the right place was" :) The furniture is everything I had hoped for. Quality is exceptional. I had a small problem with one piece missing but the manager went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and was handled within minutes! I would recommend Arhaus highly.

Arhaus as a whole has been difficult to deal with since the beginning. Our furniture was 4 months late and no one through a series of calls could tell us why. When the furniture did arrive, it was not completely correct and we had to wait months to correct it. I WILL NEVER deal with them again.
