Terrible experience!! They are good when you are buying something, however, if you have a service problem which we do, they are the most unhelpful store I have ever seen. Our table was put together with a missing bolt and we CANNOT get any help from them. They keep telling us that Corporate will call us to schedule service and they dont. I ask for Corporates number which they will not give me. When we ask them to followup for us they tell us they put in the service order and Corporate will call... which they dont. We asked for the bolt and well just put it in ourselves, but they told us they dont have any. I keep calling and now they told me the lady that was supposed to call us last week from Corporate is now on vacation for a week. I told them thats unacceptable and Id like to talk to a manager. He states the manager is not there. I called another store in Novi to try to get help and that gentleman said he would call the Rochester store, talk to the manager and call me back. Im still waiting. This is the WORST customer service I have ever had. Brandon at the Rochester store even said "Yea, I know its frustrating. You have to wait for Corporate to call". Are you kidding me? They are extremely rude on the phone to us like its our fault the bolt is missing and just give us absolutely no option or solution. RUN FROM THIS STORE!! Do not buy here or if you do, you better hope you dont have a service issue!.

Superior customer service! I purchased a patio umbrella from the previous store at this site (went out of business) about 4 years and one month ago. It was faded very badly and I found it had a 4 year warranty. I contacted the new store and even though they had no obligation to help me and the product was one month out of warranty, they took up the challenge to try to get me a replacement. After much work, I was able to get a new umbrella canopy at no cost! Many thanks for Janelle for her efforts. I highly recommend AllState Home Leisure in Rochester.

Wonderful selection and superior customer service! Janelle is definitely the best! She is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us with our purchase. We were in the market for new cue sticks, accessories for our pool table, and shuffle board accessories. She was very helpful. She even went into her secret stash of inventory to help us find the perfect items. We highly recommend Allstate and will be back.

Wow what a great experience.I purchased a hot tub from this wonderful new store. The knowledgeable sales team walked me through all of my options from manufacturers to colors and seating compacity.i found the perfect tub for my needs. The delivery process was completely problem free.Now Im enjoying my purchase almost daily. Great people Great store I cant say enough about the experience Gotta go get in my tub:)

I bought a Jacuzzi Hot Tub from Allstate Home Leisure in early December 2016. They gave me a great price on the hot tub and the entire experience was great. Installation went without a hitch and Janelle was very helpful and knowledgeable with starting up the tub. Weve used it every night since we got it! I would highly recommend AllState Home Leisure in Rochester MI.
