I have been coming here for five years. Every year it gets worse. Customer service is very slow. Nobody on the floor to assist you. Good location not very crowded if you cant find it at Staples then this is the place to come. They have just about everything in office supplies but dont come here if you are in a hurry.

I am writing this while standing in line waiting to checkout. I am waiting for the second cash register to reboot. The register clerks are running about putting out other emergencies. One customer is waiting for the store manager. I wont be returning to this location.
