HORRIBLE customer service. I bought a drink dispenser at another location, a Homegoods/Tj Max location), and when I came in to return it here, the cashier treated me like an idiot for bringing it to a Homegoods/Marshalls location. When I called to speak w the store Mgr, she informed me that they handle this on a "case by case" basis. So apparently they just randomly decided to be rude and deny my return.

This used to be my favorite Marshalls but it has really gone down hill in the last year or so. The store is messy and unorganized and the staff is rude. If it werent for the convenience of it being located 5 mins from my house I would probably never shop here at all. In fact the last couple of times Ive gone I have left irritated and empty handed. Probably wont be going back any time soon.

The whole store is packed with female clothing, very little to no male selection. Especially in dress pants and suits. Whoever places orders for this location does a very poor job in male section.

Worst Home Goods store I have ever been in. Looked more like an unorganized garage sale. No customer service, as is the case with all of the Home Goods stores I have been in.

It was your usual late season experience so you have to expect the usual disorganization, but if you are willing to hunt, you can find some good deals

I love the size of the store and the variety of items it has but this location has by far the worst customer service Ive ever experienced at marshalls

8: 40 in the evening. Only one register. 45min wait time . 20 people waiting. Change the management asap. The poor employees cant handle the workload.

Juniata no matter how long the lines are they go super fast and they have a great variety of clothing
