I ordered a stove from their website on 11/16. I received an email the same day at 10:46 pm that the order was ready for pick up. I then received a secondary email at 12:33 on the same day statin. Unfortunately, the order could not be fulfilled and was cancelled. The cancellation email also stated that I should expect a full refund of $631.21 I ordered a new less expensive fridge from lowes and patiently awaited the refund. After one week of not receiving a refund I called the store to inquire about the refund. I was informed only "Jennifer" handled online payments and was not currently in and I would need to call back the following day. I again called the following day and asked to speak with "Jennifer". I was informed by "Chad" (the manager) that she was in the middle of a sale and I would need to call back. After calling twice again the same day I was informed she was on lunch then she was off. I called again the following day and spoke with "Maurice" who informed me he was aware of the situation and would have my fridge delivered...(again a stove was ordered not a fridge and at this point I only need a refund). I was then informed by the manager "Chad" that refunds were processed at night and I would see the money in my account the following day. After giving them a week and the benefit of the doubt no refund was received. I then decided to visit the store in person to request a cash refund since it seemed improbable I would receive it on my card. I was informed the issue was that they needed my card number AGAIN and didnt have the correct number on file. At this point I have received 2 emails and called 5 times and had not been informed of this. I was told they couldnt process the refund without the owners approval. After calling him 4 times and waiting almost an hour I was informed by "Chris" that he would "call me back". I have yet to receive a call, email or refund. I have since called back again today for the 6th time and was informed I will need to call back at 8:30pm for a refund.

Ordered a double oven thinking it could be shipped from this store (in Michigan) to our area (IE, Knoxville, TN). I had issues, but they stemmed from this end, not theirs, so Ive been dealing with the staff at this store trying to resolve them. Ive been dealing with Chas. He has been helpful and very quick to help me with the resolution of my issues. He was exceptionally kind at the same time making me feel like it was all no big deal (when to me, it was). 5 stars for Chas! I bragged to his manager and was asked to pass this along to upper management via a review, and I am more than happy to tell you that this store rocks!!! Do not have them deliver to your house. Bought a washer and dryer 12 days ago. Was supposed to be delivered Saturday. No phone call. Rescheduled for Monday. No phone call. I call they say Im not on the delivery list. Reschedule for Thursday. No phone call. Say Im not on the delivery list again. They "squeeze me in for Thursday" appointment was from 11-1pm. 2pm no phone call. I call they say they dont know when it will be. He shows up at 530pm. Puts washer and dryer in. Dryer doesnt work. Reschedule for today. No call. I call they say they dont know when it will be. Considering suicide over this bullshit. DONT GO HERE

If I could rate this lower than a one I would. Ordered a refrigerator on 1/14/17 cancelled it on 1/15/17 and still havent received my refund. I have called for the past month and only get the run around. I get told they will call me back or they have sent in all the paperwork. When I call the leasing company they tell me that they havent received anything from sears. All they do is lie, extremely rude. Have no knowledge of the products they sell or how to do any paper work. The next call I am making is to the Better Business Bureau. I cant urge people enough to not do business with them.

Purchased a matching washer and dryer from them, and paid for the shipping. They called the morning of the delivery to say that they sold the washer to someone else since they hadnt put a sold tag on it. When I went in the sales guy (Ali) was very frustrating. The next best washer they had, he was trying to charge an extra $210 for and kept typing stuff into his calculator to make it seem like it was a good deal. The manager tried to help but the wrong dryer was then delivered on the wrong day

I had the worst experience of my life at this store! I will never shop here again. The service was very poor and the workers there were very rude. I cant believe that they let their workers treat customers like this! I have been waiting for a refund from this store for 2 months! They keep giving me the run around and lie to me every time I call. I recommend that nobody shop here unless you wanted to be treated the same way.

When I came to shop here, I was helped with great care. I was able to get the refridgerator I was looking for in no time. A salesman named Ala, informed me all about the product making it much easier to decide whether to purchase it or not. I definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to buy home appliances and furniture. It almost always has a sale going on whenever I shop there, not just during holidays.

I had visited sear out in Taylor- Michigan, first time like one year ago and I had purchased, Refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer, and since that time it become my favorite store. I would like extremely thank and appreciated the manager Tyseer and his sale associate Ali. they did a great job and the staff that I purchased was excellent and work perfect. I greatly recommend him to my friend and my lovely people.

i have came to this Sears a couple of times purchased a washer, dryer and dish washer they have very good deals and the store its self is very clean and the warehouse is always stocked i specifically recommend going over to Chris he was informative and helpful he helped me find what i was looking for and had amazing customer service also the prices they had were very good i highly recommend this location

The stuff is very professional and very knowledgeable about the appliances. They helped me big time and was able to purchase a very clean fridge and washer/dryer. Great place to shop! Everyone there was friendly and courteous and did everything to help you find the right deal and item. Could ask for nothing more! I suggest this location to everyone. They are very patient and dont try to rush anyone, and they go the extra distance to make sure that you are comfortable with your purchase. Five stars for the whole team.
