Recently married couple, just brought a new home. Husband decided to stop into budget appliances on Greenfield. First point of contact the owner Mark. Very nice and friendly. We walked in just to look at fridge and stove. Then we looked at washer and dryer. After speaking to mark, we decided to take all 4 items. He gave us a deal we couldnt refuse. We didnt have all the money at the time, he promised not to sell the items and was a,man of his word. Going here you wont be disappointed and you can tell he love people and hes honest. Mark thank you for making our new life together even better.

I searched the internet looking for a store that was open on a Sunday, and found a gem!!!! I called for pricing and the owner stated he would wait around for me after i got off of work. When i arrived the location was clean and his products were in excelleni shape. I told him the reason for my purchase and he gave me an excellent deal!!!!!! I have used Budget for every appliance that has been used in my home for the last 8 or 9 years. My mother used Mark (the owner)before he had his own store, which says a lot about his character there are appliance stores on almost every corner I pass each one to come to Budget Appliances. I have sent friends and family to him over the years with no regrets. If youre looking for fair prices, solid appliances, great customer service I highly recommend Budget Appliances. I will continue to use and recommend him, he treats you like a friend.

MARK, MARK, MARK, I cannot thank him enough. He sent his repairman to look at my tenants refrigerator, for a reasonable fee. I decided to purchase a used replacement from Budget. The replacement was too large. Marks guys went back to the store and brought the next smaller size fridge back, at no extra charge. I dont know how long the used refrigerator will last, but Marks customer service made a LASTING impression on me. If I get my moneys worth out of the fridge, I WILL GO BACK! Either way, thanks Mark!

I went here because of the good reviews and my experience was terrific. They were very helpful in explaining the types of appliances I was interested in. I felt very well informed and never pressured. This made it so much easier to make a confident decision on what to buy. He stayed late to help me get exactly what I wanted even though it was his birthday. And the delivery fee is very cheap. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and will be back if I need any other appliances. Thank you!

This is the best appliance store Ive been to.! I was nervous about not purchasing new appliances,, the manager made me feel very comfortable with my decision. He let me know that they fix up all appliances before they sell them,, he also gave me a 90 day warranty,, and on top of all that he gave me $100 OFF. Me and my fiancé went up her to get a washer and dryer and he was going to sale it to us for $454.00 but he charge my fiancés card $554.00 and whined up locking the card because they thought somebody stole the card. Thank god chase locked the card because thats was my fiancés hard worked money not no tax money and he thought he was going to get over on us because we are young. So be careful and read you receipt because he will try to get over on you....

Mark has shown my mother and I alot of love. My mother has purchase washer and dryer and refrigerator all the products are in great shape. My experience was great and the store is clean setting. I purchased an appliance after several months it needed service I contacted the store and without hesitation they offered to send a repair technician the same day without charging..The technician came out within a couple of hours changed a sensor and a filter and he was so professional and courteous..I definitely will be buying here again and recommend this place..

Great experience with Mark. He got me a great deal on a very nice stove. He also waited fro me after closing to make it to the store and make my purchase. Delivery was the next morning. Mark was extremely helpful as he gave a gas line for the stove for free. The stove works excellently.
