unbelievable service. If I can help one person avoid the nightmares of good old _ _ C warehouse for appliance sales I hope this review helps. I recently had a dryer break, Im sure everyone understands what an inconvenience that can be, Ran out purchased a new state of the art front load to match my washer which I replaced last year. I was promised by above mentioned they would deliver the next day, I was a bit skeptical as they had none in the warehouse and had to get from another location but I was promised I would have the dryer the following day, purchased paid for in full, no financing. Next day they did indeed deliver and like before when it was unloaded it was badly damaged, I was offered $50 damage discount, really $50 is a lunch out today and not worth the damaged dryer, it was not a minor dent or scratch. This has been the case the last 2 things I purchased there. Anyway when I called to ask when the new dryer would be redelivered I was told sometime next week but not guaranteed as they did not have anymore in stock. I was upset, I had stressed at purchase and asked if they promised I would have a dryer by Saturday, they salesman made a joke saying he couldnt promise he wouldnt die by them and I said that should not effect the delivery of my dryer. I very much felt like they knew the one they had was not in condition for delivery but the salesperson knew I was going elsewhere without a next day commitment, they figured once they had the sale they would simply redeliver when they had it. Not happening. Once I knew they would not be bringing a dryer as promised I headed out to Sargent Appliance Not only did they have the dryer it was an upgrade from the model I had purchased, this was on a Saturday at 2PM. The place was packed. The salesman matched the price, gave me a 5 year warranty for a fraction of the cost I was offered at the first place, He personally loaded it into his pick-up and delivered it. Best part, he hooked it all up and made sure it was functioning. Above said they are not allowed to install washers or dryers I would need to hook it up. which would not have happened as it was not simply pug in and hook up a vent it required much more. I have used Sargent in the past for a range but was under the impression that they only handled high end appliances for high tech kitchens and such, they do have all the latest and greatest including, Sub Zero, Wolf, Kitchen Aid, Jenn-Air but they also compete just as well in Whirlpool, LG, GE. This place went well above customer service. I was so impressed and I highly recommend you give them a shot they have no trouble matching a real price given by competitors. I am in the process of a kitchen remodel, they did not know this and now I will be purchasing all my kitchen appliances there. Super place and great service. Loved loved loved this place. Oh and the dryer was in perfect condition not a scratch on it.

Worst customer service ever! I purchased five appliances from Sargents. in June of 2016. I let Sargents know I had a problem with my GE range right from the start. They asked me to troubleshoot it various ways until their liability on the appliance lapsed. FYI - Its only a 10 day warranty you have with your appliances through Sargent. When I spoke to Jake, the manager at Sargents, and asked if I could exchange my GE range he said I had it too long, the range was used and he could not sell it or he would have taken it back. He pretty much washed his hands of the problem and told me to contact GE directly as they were liable now. GE customer service twirled me around not wanting to take responsibility also. Through much tenacity on my part, GE agreed the GE range was defective and would send me a new one. I asked Jake at Sargents if he now could take the brand new GE range I was receiving and exchange it for an upgrade. The burner was defective,. But, I also didnt like the poorly designed lip on the back of the range top which pushes your pots forward not allowing you to put two pots centered properly on the burners. The front, hot pot/pan dangerously protruding over the front of the range. Jake refused to take the brand new GE range back for an exchange for an upgrade. He was very unprofessional, and showed from beginning to end unconscionable customer service. My sales rep, John N., sold me three GE appliances that had an upcoming Slate Color rebate. John told me if I bought the appliances now when the rebate came up he would ring up my order again and apply the rebate. Time went by. I asked John about the status on my rebate. He told me the rebate came and went. John N. told me he would apply it to the next one. Although, he doesnt know when the next one is. I am still waiting on this rebate. If you bought an appliance from Sargents and are having a problem, dont troubleshoot. Act fast! Return it before their 10 day warranty ends. If you are looking to to buy new appliances, dont buy from Sargents. The way theyve treated me Id think they are ready to close operations. Worst service imaginable! Suggestions...Best Buy just expanded their appliance line to include high end appliances. Ive always had great service there. Really, anywhere is better than Sargent.

We purchased a new washer and dryer set from Sargents yesterday and already have it installed and in use today!! We were very impressed with the cleanliness and inviting appearance of the store; the professionalism and knowledge of the associate that assisted us; the selection of models and brands to choose from (commercial and residential models); the service (fast/efficient, friendly, competent); price (very reasonable, and the associate found us a $100 rebate to boot!) - the entire experience! Never had an appliance purchase that went so smoothly from beginning to end! Thank you! Keep up the awesome work, Sargents!

I purchased microwave stove refrigerator and dishwasher about 2 years ago . cant say enough good things about this store. Im writing this review because I purchase the extended warranty for a very little money and had an issue with the refrigerator with condensation. Not only did Sergeant help me out with filing the claim with CPS which is the after warranty company. But everyone treated me great just like the day I walked in there and purchased all of the appliances. I cant imagine buying any appliances anywhere else.. customer service is a 10 and that means a lot.. Phillip kozey

Everyone from sales to installation were great. They were pleasant in the store and always helpful. Installers took their time to do the job right and made sure to protect the floor around the appliance. Also, the prices were cheaper than Lowes or Home Depot for the same units. I will never use a big box store again and will recommend Sargent to all my family and friends.
