I thought Sargent Appliance was a good choice because it was a Michigan based company. We bought 3 new appliances. Kitchen Aid products. Our microwave and dishwasher are okay but our stove has been an issue right from the get go. It was not delivered on time, then when we picked it up it was damaged. We have had 5 technician visits and they cannot fix this problem. Today instead of just telling us they would give us a new stove, they told us they would order a new stove and then take the door (which is damaged on ours) off the new stove and then they would bring it and fix ours. DOES THIS MAKE ANY SENSE!!!!! Good customer service would have been to just give us the new stove, not destroy a perfectly good stove to fix one that is broken. I will never purchase from them again. This is totally POOR customer service. TERRIBLE......I would never recommend them to my friends or familly.

I had a wall oven that sometimes would not work above 350. I decided to buy a new one but, only if it fit the old opening perfectly. I took the dimensions in with me and bought one I was assured would fit perfectly. On delivery day that was two days late they showed up started to remove the old one and then informed me it would cost an extra $50 for wiring. I had them check the size to make sure the new one was the right size it was 3/4 of an inch to short. They told me to hire a carpenter to fill in the gap. I told them I wanted one to fit the old hole and provided them all the exact dimensions so, I didnt want the new one that was to small. He told me he didnt remember how to hook the old one back up and left. The store offered me $50 off the new one but, the old one they broke was my problem.

I was very pleased with my experience at Sargent. Unlike the others I have not yet been able to use my appliances but will update any issues occur. Best part was they had by far the fastest delivery time for my cooktop and range than anyone else in the area. planning a remodel is tricky and by getting these appliances in house EARLY I was able to avoid delay. Sandy was very helpful in my ordering process. I normally dont review but I think Sargent gets a bad rap because people with bad experience are far more likely to review than those with a good experience. Give Sargent a shot, you will be glad you did if it something not stocked in local stores, very fast.

I have known the Sargent Appliance family for over 14yrs. They have a great team of sales men and women, great delivery crews, and very positive owners and managers. I recommend them over other appliance stores because of there low pressure sales approach with knowledgeable sales reps and great store locations with amazing displays that give you a lot of viewing options

I loved that we werent hounded like dogs to buy something especially expensive, Ive done my research for a while now for best pricing and by far, Sargent Appliance had the better deal for us. We worked with Everett and he took really good care of us, even the delivery drivers, Nicholas and Josh were very nice and accommodating.
