BEWARE WORST PLACE TO GET ANY APPLIANCES! If you want a trustworthy business to get your appliances this is not the one they scam you by saying they have brand new appliances to sell them for a higher price to make better profit. I wouldnt invest a dime with this businesses its a company built on fraud. One star isnt even an option. Dont let people like this get away with your money. If you have no option and MUST MUST purchase from them please make sure to not pay them till it is up in running in your home, because these people care less about customer satisfaction and more about thier money. They offer no "REFUNDS" even if they gave you misleading information about the product

Just based on the phone staff, Im giving them a 2 star rating. My apartment complex ordered me a stove from there and the woman on the phone called me at work so I didnt answer the phone right away and the message she left was "Hi this is Moe Appliance, your apartment complex ordered but if you dont answer the phone we cant deliver it tonight." It doesnt sound so bad when you read it, but it sounded rude and as though they didnt want anything to do with it. They should be delivering my stove on Monday. I hope my review changes for the better then.

While they did answer the phone, and answered one question in a low muffled voice, they hung up on me while I was asking the second question. There are plenty of other appliance stores out there that Ive found who at least know how to handle a phone call. ...would hate to see how Im treated in the store.

They are not honest ! Changed price to repair fridge few times . Technician came to see it and took 40$ for NOTHING !!! Thats pure theft ! Dont do business with them ! Dont deserve even one star ! Stay away !!!

Ive gotten a stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer from here.. Ive never had a problem with any of my appliances.. They are polite and good and respectable people and have fair and reasonable prices..
