High five for customer service. I normally find supplies easier at any Home Depot and seldom ask for advice but I wanted to remark the extremely helpful experience I had in this location last week. I was attempting to fix a leak around the kitchen sink. Lost the wrestle against the faucet nut from below the sink I decided to pay a visit to the store looking for more appropriate tools. The isle attendant was keen to listen my don quichottesque narrative and helpfully proposed a couple of solutions. Those were including a less orthodox option that consist in lifting the sink from the top. This strategy turned out to be a winner and the faucet was replaced without needing additional tools. Extremely satisfied for the attention received. A rare commodity to find in those days.

Home Depot is a godsend and thank the Lord that it is so close. Overall good people who want to help and the store is always looking tip-top. The only reason I give a 4/5 is because there has been a few times where items are shown as in-stock and I add them to my cart online only to show up and find out that they were out-of-stock and had been for some time but the online system didnt update.

I had to return an item there at the service desk and the lady was too busy playing on her phone to see that I was standing there for a minute before I finally asked for help. She was rude to me and didnt really care about the product that broke. Not going back to this place anytime soon.

I have had two great experiences here. Bought a washing machine, picked it up the same day. Very quick, easy, and the employees were helpful. Came in today to buy a dishwasher install kit and was directed to the exact place I needed to go and even found me a cheaper alternative.

Took a $2k+ deposit for our carpet. They never ordered the carpet or scheduled the contractor. They promise to make it up to us but we are still waiting on the carpet we already paid for... Pick a different store.

Couldnt tint their paint(Behr alkyd enamel) to their own color(just an off white)..kinda weird. Had to go the Sherwin Williams to get a SW paint tinted to a Behr color. Other than that, they are okay.
