Should have trusted the other reviews. Im from the area so I thought better only to be wrong. Bought a fridge and stove on 2/10/13 that had no visible defects. Went to pick them up about a week later and the fridge was missing the kick-plate. The warehouse guy was helpful. He told us that they had another fridge like ours in stock that they could give us the kick-plate from but we had to go up front to have someone ok it. We went up front, the lady did not bother to check even though we told her what the guy said. She just wrote down the information on a scratch piece of paper, not an order form. We did not feel comfortable. The part did not arrive within the 7 to 10 days that she told us it would. I called on 3/07/13 left my info and the manager was supposed to call back. He never did so on 3/09/13 I showed up at the location. The first lady that helped us never ordered the part, Sears ordered the part on 3/08/13. I let the manager have a piece of my mind and explained to him how the situation should have been handled. He made numerous promises, gave us a credit back to our card because we lost all of our food. Why a credit? Because I had to wake up to my fiancé crying because the brand new fridge with no defects had no Freon in it. Luckily the fridge still was under warranty when their repairman showed up or I would have had to pay another $300+ to get the fridge repaired. After leaving the store and being reassured that my kick-plate would arrive here I am today writing this review. I called about the kick-plate this morning and the store had down the complete wrong address but the address was 2 streets away. I get into the truck and drive around the corner to see if my neighbor happen to have the kick-plate. The house that they sent it to is vacant. So I called about the kick-plate again and supposedly now it will be here in another week. This whole ordeal was not worth the discounted merchandise and I would not recommend you rolling the dice hoping to get lucky. The other reviews are spot on, just wait for a regular store to have a sale, trust me.

I have received the absolute WORST customer service that I have ever experienced in my life. I received my fridge and dryer in October 2013 and I am still arguing with them about issues now in January- still are unresolved because no one will do their job or even call back. First of all, when I bought my appliances and chose to have them delivered I payed extra to have them installed. They were not. They were left in the middle of the hallway. When I asked why they werent installing them they stated that they couldnt turn on my water (by the way it was located right behind the fridge!) They scratched up our brand new hardwood floors when putting the fridge in the kitchen. Note- we had just closed that day on our new construction home. The fridge showed up missing 4 pieces and had 5 extra dents. 5!!! When I purchased it there was one dent. It even states that on my receipt. They dented walls while walking upstairs with the dryer and then left in the hallway. I spoke to someone in the warehouse who stated she would refund me a significant amount due to these issues. Since then (October- December), she doesnt work there and I havent been able to reach anyone with an answer. No one will call back! The only person whos helped me with ordering replacement pieces and refunding me $50 was a man named Lee and this location. $50 wont cover my wall damage, floor damage, install and dented fridge. I am just disgusted with this establishment and I want to warn everyone that even though you may be saving a few dollars by purchasing from here you will waste it in the long run and could incur these headaches. Stay away, FAR away!

Really bad customer service here, this was after I went in and found a pretty good refrigerator for a very low cost that usually would cost more with the minimal damage it had. So I told Mike the sale associate to sale me that item, he advised me to look around and make sure that their isnt anything else I wanted but hell hold it for me. So walking around I asked another associated to help me with information on another item in the meantime he was busy. He walked past and got pist that I was dealing with a different person he ended up giving that refrigerator to someone else. I noticed what had happened and asked a family member to ask the customer when they leave about that item and if it was his recommendation, while I ask him to sale it to me. So as I asked him to go ahead and process my sales he told me to wait to he can get the price tag from the fridge (which I had already knew wasnt there anymore) and ran off to the other end of the store(the far left, back area. While the fridge is in the far right) to tell the guy to remove it while he comes back to me and asks me, where was that fridge again because im not sure. So as I walked back with him he started to play the stupid card with me and telling me hes not sure if he looked in the right place. Customer that bought it already told me the true deal. Dont bother dealing with these bunch of clowns.

So its been over a year since i worked here, I left this review 4 months ago and saw it and decided to finally say whats messed up about this place. I worked here for 6 months as a part time employee receiving 39 hours a week so they could avoid giving me or my co-workers benefits. They had us lifting thousands of pounds worth of appliances with no mechanical assistance other than our dollies, we had a lift that was broken and they refused to fix for the entire time I worked here. I worked here from January to June 2015 and I still dont regret up and leaving for even a second. I regret never calling OHSA, do not support this store. Do not support their management and their selfish, self-serving brand of bullshit. On top of everything else I was lied to about good advancement opportunities during my training process, this was the only job I quit without notice, and I dont regret it for even a second. Incredibly dangerous work environment, condescending management. I can remember several occasions when I was bullied by management into breaking store policy just so they could secure a sale, ie ripping a brand new dish washer out of the box , not used, brand spanking new, and he threatened to write me up for insubordination for not doing it. Horrible store, horrible place to work. By the way they censored Travis Taylors review, nice.

SAVE YOURSELF SOME HASSLE AND RUN, JUST RUN!!!! I went in on a Monday and purchased a couch and fridge (totaling at over $2,000.00) and scheduled my delivery for Saturday. Well, Saturday they delivered the fridge and couch. The fridge had additional damage that was not there when I purchased it, it was not noted on the paperwork, and they forgot a section of the couch (it was a 3 piece sectional). The delivery man was very nice and apologetic so I let it go, knowing the third section would be delivered the following day. Well it wasnt, it was delivered Monday and I had to take off work to receive it. THEN, they forgot the screw to screw on the feet to the couch. The second delivery men just brought the couch in and plopped it on the ground and tried to leave. When I asked them "arent you going to put it together like the last guys?" he acted like it was a problem, gave me an attitude then told me he didnt have the screw to put it together properly. It is now Wednesday, a week and two days after I purchased it, and they say no one will be out with my screw until at least Friday because they dont delivery Wednesday and Thursday. WHAT!?! Screw that Im returning EVERYTHING and going elsewhere. Save yourself time & headache and go somewhere else. ANYWHERE ELSE!. THEYRE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. This place shouldnt even be in business.
