The customer service is ok. Well first of all I bought the sectional that did not come with an ottaman and im sure one came with it they juat didnt have it, they bring it out ot was making awelful noises when you sit on it the coushions were so flat u could hardly get up off the sofa. So they sent someone out to fix the sofa they had to tighten up the wood and order somemore coushions. The coushions they ordered worked for about 2 weeks and flat again we rarely sit on the soaf. But i have to travel with my job and im not home alot maybe 7 days out of the month and i dont like paying over the phone i have had identity theft happen to me and not taking anymore chances so i always schedule to pay as soon as i get home and i dont see what the problem is because i always go pay . but they said that i should return it because i cant stick to the payment schedule. So thats fine im returning it because its cheap alright cheap product. The same exact sectional and ottaman i can get for $800 and another furniture store brand new and i would have paid almost $1700 WITH them. Im not saying their a bad company their just not for me.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. after finding a couch online and setting up a time with the manager to meet with them to look at the couch, I drive an hour to get there the next day and they told me the couch had been sold last week. I contact the manager about the problem and all she says to me is "sorry for your drive". Very unprofessional and very terrible customer service. Dont waste your time!!!!

If your looking for 5 star customer service and a great bang for your buck , this is the place . Dont even waste your time trying to weigh your options somewhere else. My mother has been leasing from this company for a while and as of today , so am I. I plan to keep American Home & Lease in mind for my next purchase.

This place is awesome!! The sales they have. The people are so friendly. And the manager is great!! I recommend this place to anyone. The service is A-1 and they are so nice. The sales associates are all about helping the customers. Thanks again guys!

I walked into the store and the staff was friendly and great. They were unable to deliver a product I wanted but were able to give me a similar product with same day delivery! Best place to go...low prices as well.. Way better than Aarons as well!
