I am so glad we found this place! They have many options and a range of prices. We feel we got a great deal on everything weve purchased! We need all new appliances, so we started with a refrigerator. Before we left with the fridge I already put a down payment on a washer and dryer to pick up the following day. We are also going to buy our stove from here. The staff are very friendly, informative and helpful. I highly recommend this store if you need appliances that you know are clean and in great working condition! They provide a free 30 day warranty and a 90 day warranty for just a few more bucks! If you need help moving, just ask and theyll provide you with a few business cards for movers! :)

Two days ago I had a washer, which I had purchase from their line of products, late December last year, recently break down. Naturally we called Allens Appliance and a very friendly employee had answered, telling me to bring it in and they would check it out. Earlier today, I had to pick up my newly fixed washer from Allens Aplliance, which works great! My overall experience with this service/repair shop was a very good one! I rated it five stars because the service/repair was fast, effective, of good quality and being greeted with kindness and honesty really help devlope a loyalty to the place. If anything was to occur in the far future, I will be going back. :)

Thank you Allen Appliance! I spent $70 yesterday to fix my washing machine myself and it still didnt work. The part was nonrefundable at Kearsley Appliance which was more than I could afford. Desperate, Instead of buying more parts, and more hours taking things apart and putting them back together again, I decided it would be best to trade it in on a new one. David Allen found that nothing was wrong with my machine at all, leading us to discover a faulty outlet. Thank you so much for your honesty and saving us tons$!!! (Not to mention our safety!) I will definitely skip the do it yourselfer next time and go straight to Allen Appliance!!!!

I discovered Allen Appliance just the other day while searching for a motor for my washer. I was totally amazed at how friendly and helpful everyone was. They had exactly what I was looking for and at a reasonable price. While I was there I took a look at the huge inventory of appliances all cleaned, repaired, and ready to go. In this world of dishonesty and greed Allen is like a breath of fresh air. Its like hes the poster child of how to run a small business with respect and integrity. Do yourself a favor, stop in, look around, and see for yourself. You will be glad you did and you will be glad hes located so close to Flint.

After our machine was delivered we went to use it and it was broken. Then they charged us to have it picked up and fixed. Even with it being under a 30 day warrannty. After arguing with the owner they told me i owed 30 which is half of the delivery bill. So i paid it. Today it was dropped off and the delivery man requested 30 more dollars. Therefore i paid the entire bill. So not onlt did i get terrible service i got a machine that wasnt fixed and a higher bill then my initial bill. I do not recommend buying from this goat farm at all! Never will they see my business again!

Very close to Thanksgiving my stove went out on me. Didnt know how I would afford something new around the holidays when a coworker suggested Allen Appliance. I was in and out and on my home with a new (well used, but new to me) glass top stove! Prices were awesome, and the service provided was exceptional. Even my 8 year old son mentioned how nice they were. Overall I was more than pleased with my purchase. Its seems others feel mislead, but all rules warranties and repairs were explained in depth at the time of purchase. Great Place!

These guys are amazing and pricing is real good ..went into today to look at stoves and well got a real nice gas stove and also got a washer and dryer ..I love the fact you put down 40.00 dollars with checking account its finance there a company I got approve for a good amount thats how I got all three today and I was in need of them just moved I to a new house and I had nothing.. Now I can cook and do laundry Thanks you for having good pricing.. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for holdhold appliances

Alright place to buy a used appliance. Lots of inventory,All freshly painted. Dont buy the extended 90 day warranty though as you have to load the appliance back up and take it there for service. They wont come to your house to service it. And they make you pay the transaction fee if you pay with a credit card. Youd think a business wouldnt pass the transaction fee on to the customer if your spending hundreds of dollars.

My experience was a great one i just purchased a Washing Machine and i ran into a problem the technician Dave was here right away to take care of the problem with no hesitation he fix the problem the Washer is running like new so if you find yourself in need of an appliance of any kind head to Alen Appliance and they will take good care of you and all parts and services are good for 30 days.

I enjoyed my shopping experience at Allen Appliance Sales and Service. All of their used appliances are "very clean" and in very good condition. Everything is sold at a fair price and customer service is also very good. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for quality used appliances visit Allen Appliances in Burton. I personally will not shop for used appliances anywhere else.

Bought a stove on Oct 6th picked it up like the 9th worked great till Nov 12th when it quit preheating it only had a 30 day warranty but they still fixed my stove and didnt charge me said concider it a thanksgiving present theyre a great company and I will recommend my clients in the future only thing I can sat is u better have a truck they dont deliver

We went to Allen Appliance to purchase a refrigerator. They offered a wide selection of new and used models. The service we received was exceptional. It was pouring out, and they actually shrink wrapped the fridge for us!! We will be back, and will not hesitate to recommend Allens to our friends!

Good place to purchase a quality used appliance. Prices are fair, about the same as you find on Craigs List...except at Allens Appliance they clean, test, and offer warranty. Seems like a "no brainer" to buy from Allens Appliance if you want to purchase used. Nice selection too!
