I wouldnt recommend purchasing anything from these guys. The reason these TVs are sold at a discount is because there is something wrong with each one of them. If you ask about a problem with a certain TV (bad picture, fuzzy/rainy image, malfunctions) they will try to make you feel like you are seeing things. Or they will blame it on their DVD player. Proof: Ask them where their TVs come from. There are two primary reasons a TV winds up in their inventory: 1. Someone returned it to a store. 2. Someone made a warranty claim, the company swapped out the customers TV with a new one and the bad one winds up at TV Warehouse. 3. Or for some reason a company couldnt sell the TV to any consumer, so they sold it to TVWarehouse. My story: bought a FlatScreen. When I got home, the image was fuzzy so I brought it back, they wouldnt do a refund, just store credit. I soon realized that every other TV was crap too, so I just took it back home and now I have to try and sell it on craigslist. Dont think youre getting a perfect TV at wholesale price. If the TV were perfect itd be in BestBuy at retail price. Bottom line: You get what you pay for.

The store doesnt look like much from outside, but if you want a nice TV for a good price and dont have to have everything BRAND Spanking NEW, then this is the place for you. The showroom is spacious and there are many sets on display, each graded from 1 to 5. 1 & 2 are minor cosmetic defects like a scratch on the screen. A 3 might have a dead pixel. If you needed a TV to run your XBOX on that would be fine. I didnt find what I was looking for but went to their Westland location where they have over 500 TVs to choose from. I picked up a beautiful 55" LG OLED tv with an incredible picture. There were a couple of small scrapes/scratches on the screen that do not affect the picture at all. I saved hundreds of dollars and have an awesome TV! The warranty is fair and the staff are very knowledgeable, especially Jeff. If youre looking for a TV and dont have a lot of $$$ check this out.

I wanted to thank all the people that are a part of this company for the help that they gave me on my latest purchase. I purchased a TV on 1/10/2014 and after I got it home I noticed a blemish on the panel that I didnt see at the store. Once I noticed it, I contacted my salesman Drew and he offered to replace the TV with another one at my earliest convenience. On 1/20/2014, the guys there spent over 1 hour with me showing me different TVs until I found the once that met my needs. They made sure I was happy and they did everything to meet my expectations. They have great customer service and took care of me. For that, I thank them...

I bought a TV here in January 2014. The staff was extremely helpful and I love the TV I got. I will go back next time I need another TV for sure. I wanted to write this review because I know how sketchy this may seem or too good to be true but this place is legit. You do have to know what you are buying though and ask the right questions. Some TVs have scratches or whatever, but the staff will be honest and tell you whats up. Plus if you find a cheaper price they will go down in theirs; but I hardly believe you will find something this cheap. I seriously recommend this place to everyone I know!

This place is absolutely trash. Every single TV in this warehouse is damaged in some way. I purchased an LG tv from them, and it had a power defect. They gave me a newer better tv for the inconvenience, but the newer tv was even worse. Please, let me help you if your buying a TV. Spend the extra 50 bucks to get a brand new TV with a real warranty. This place does absolutely NO refunds, and they do not have any signs, and the staff doesnt even tell you that there is no warranty. You find out after you check out and its on the recipt. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

I bought a TV from them a couple of years ago and forgot to write a review. I was looking for a cheaper 50-55 inch TV and was looking specifically at the old LCD Dynex models. They had a couple. Each one of them turned out to be defective. I had to return the TV twice. On the third try, they upgraded me to an LCD smart TV for no extra money. It was worth about 500-550 dollars and I only had to pay about 250 for it because of all the trouble. Their customer service was perfect and I am about to go back for another TV for my new place right now.

Found a nice 50 inch plasma TV that I really like from here. The TV works perfectly with my computer which I use to play GTA and a few other games on. Or Ill just watch something on Netflix. At best buy this TV would be about $500-$600, but they sold it to me for $350. Great deal. Even comes with a 90 warranty where theyll replace it at no extra cost. No reruns unfortunately, but theyre really nice about everything. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good deal.

This place is great. The customer service is above and beyond what you could possibly expect. They will go out of their way to make sure youre happy with the TV you buy. Theyve got a great selection of awesome TVs, and their prices are unbeatable. If you need a TV (or even think you might want another nice one somewhere), check them out. I am the owner of the Tap Room bar in Ypsi and we needed new TVs and a lot of them. I was skeptical because the price was low. But these guys hooked us up big time. They provided great TVs, installation and they installed them all in just a few days. I thought i could afford to get only 5 or 6 new tvs and ended up replacing all 12 of my old sets with big, HD screens. Thanks guys

Prices are amazing and such a large collection of TVs at a budget. Huge variety and continually updated with new models. Their prices are cheap because they get TVs that were on display in best buy for instance and that might have a scratch or two on the TV stand or the screen might have a small black dot somewhere. That greatly reduces the retail price.

I picked up a 42" from him for a nice price, Short time later (30-35 days) it wouldnt turn on, I lost all paperwork, brought it in to see what he could do for me. "Luckily its a 90 day warranty not 30 your all set. You want it fixed might take a few days or see what we got to exchange?" Left that day with a free up-grade to a 46". Couldnt be happier

I bought my first tv from them about 5 years ago (a 56 inch DLP) and its still working great! Bought a 32 inch LCD last year for my niece and a 46 inch LCD this week for my gf. All the guys that work there are very helpful and the prices are crazy cheap! I send all my friends there when theyre looking for a tv.
