I have received the worst customer service of my life here. The store manager is very rude. The staff was very unorganized and lacked knowledge in their area of sales as well as store procedures. We were told the lawnmower was brand-new never even had gas in it. And once the lawnmower was loaded in our truck you could see were clearly there was grass in the mower deck. We were lied to. When looking into it further the tractor even had a sticker on the back of it from the service center where It had been serviced. As it was unloaded from our truck another truck and trailer pulled up with a tractor that was sold and advertised as brand-new. They were returning for the same reason.

We are redoing our home right now which means were spending good money. The last 3 times in two months that my husband and I have gone there, have been a complete disaster. The service is awful. Nobody ever knows the proper way about going about things, questions never get answered, and product always gets damaged by the workers. Sadly, well no longer choose Home Depot for future projects. I highly recommend that you think twice about where you are spending your hard earned money.

WHOs stupid idea is it to put toilets on a shelf so you can not view them. I have purchased an AMERICAN STANDARD toilet in the past and I went by the salesmans recommendation... it was the worst toilet in the world... always dirty after flushing. If I had been able to view the inside I would have realized it was a bad design. Not only that the stupid toilet kept breaking down.

Jamie, the girl that works at the Returns/Customer service counter is absolutely rude with a huge attitude problem. Every other employee at this store goes out of their way to be helpful that Ive met, but Jamie seems to go out of her way to make you walk out angry. You should fix this Home Depot. Its not the first time either.

Received terrible service at Lowes so we left and came to Home Depot instead and were greeted, asked if we needed assistance twice, and even asked if we needed help getting our purchase loaded up. GREAT service at HOME DEPOT. Wont be wasting any more time at Lowes.

Store is well organized, employees will approach you asking if you need help or not. Its good to see that. I was able to easily get a homedepot employee to help me out multiple times while I was shopping.

They offer price match here. Yeah right because they have an item online and not in stock they would not do price match! A price match is a price match that is bull....
