The guy who owns this place is rude, uncooperative, irritable and just plain mean. I stopped in to look at several appliances for some rental property I own...cash in hand. His dog was loose and walking on the shoulder of the very busy road in front of the store, so I tried to get the dog out of the road after I parked. The guy yelled at me and called me a liar for saying his dog was in the road - in front of other customers who had also seen the dog in the road. Needless to say I am taking my business elsewhere.

HORRIBLE!!! This guy is not even a parts changer. RUN, charged us $45 to check our A/C blower. After leaving it for 2 days he calls me and tells me the motor is bad and he would have to break the blades off to get the motor out. RED FLAG. After taking the A/C to a real professional, the repair was just over $100 including diagnostic for a bad run capacitor. Our A/C now blows harder than ever thanks to a real technician. This guy must have ripped off plenty of people.

Quick to take money slow to give refund. I thought these people were cool at first. Their prices were reasonable so I got a Stove and fridge. He installed the stove on friday n said it wasnt working. We realized we needed a gas stove. I asked to be refunded and they gave me a complete around up until Tuesday!! Smh plus delivery for waterford - pontiac was $58! An appliance place in Madison heights charging me $40. Smh

If you deal with this shop, you deserve to be ripped off. Owner is arrogant and unbelievable. We called ahead for a thermal fuse. Said it would be 20-24 Dollars. Online, they are only 9.99. When we get to the store *(Was a Sunday) the part was magically $32.95.....I laughed my way out the door.

The guy I talked to was a terrible. He wasnt the least bit interested in selling me a dryer. very poor customer skills. he wasnt helpful, didnt explain the difference between prices to me. he pointed at the electric dryers and said " theyre over there" I WILL NEVER go back.

they quote u a low $42 service to charge to diagnose your appliance. Then the owner puts in parts without telling you how much they are.. then charge DOUBLE what honest companies charge to do the same repair. Stay away from this place... rip off con artists.

I fixed a refrigerator for this a-hole (he didn't know how) and he said he would pay me when the owner picked it up. Guess what? He never paid me. Should have known better. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS JERK.
