Worst place ever. I went in there and the man who rung me up, Ian, was making jokes to another worker in the store, claiming I said "I dont like black people." I was so embarrassed. This was after he kept joking around, being rude. I bought my boyfriend a hoodie and he noticed a whole in the pocket, we decided to return it. I went back to the store THE NEXT DAY and the manager and Ian were both standing there. They claimed the hoodie was dirty and they couldnt give me my cash back. They put it on a gift card and the card is useless because I will never be shopping there again.

Worst customer service. I bought my son a pair of boots and they were defective. The Lugz logo is upside down. Because I was more than 45 days past exchange date, they wouldnt do anything to help me. I asked if they could get me the number to the company and he said "no. Google it." Thanks for nothing! I will definitely never shop there again.

My son will take a minimum of an hour choosing shoes. He loves his shoes and saves up for them. Every time we have been in here they never give us a hard time when he wants to try on five or six pairs before making his decision.
