Went in on a slow Friday night to buy work boots. The manager of the store helped me. He said he would order the boots for me and they would take 7-10 days to come in. 10 days went by so I called to see if they were in. The first call, I got hung up on and the second call the person said they had no idea what I was talking about. Very disappointing experience especially because I dealt with the manager. Try the Auburn Hills location instead, I walked right in and got the boots I needed!
