Very great experience, my family and I were greeted, the young lady was very welcoming, she didnt act like a very pushy-annoying employee, she didnt force a new released shoe in our faces, simply interested in helping us with what we wanted, she even shared some of her own personal opinions and helped us get the right fit. Hopefully they can get more employees like her at the main store for journeys(especially the manager) to get good reputations at the jointed stores.

Going out of my way to write this review cause Katherine (Im pretty sure thats her name) was absolutely lovely and very helpful. The shoes are great, but Im happy I stopped in cause she was awesome. She even tried to get my shy niece to interact with her. Definitely keep her around!

Worst customer service ever! These employees must hate their lives and selling shoes. Could not be more displeased with their attitudes!
