Bought a string trimmer that was refurbished that would not run and brought it back in less than a week. Then they told me that I could exchange but not get a refund so I exchanged it for another type that was less expensive and forced me to use the remaining cost for accessories. Assembly was required for both and the second cranked once but would not keep running after it was warm. It never cranked again. I took it into an authorized repair shop who told me it was best to throw it away because the manaufacturer did not support the shops in their repairs and unless it was a manufacturers defect, it would cost me to have it repaired. The people at Direct Tool lied that it was fully covered for the first year at any authorized shop. They did not tell me that they product was not returnable They did not offer to check the second unit to show me that it was functional after making the second trip to the store more thank 60 miles from my home.
