Bought a pair of boots with a lifetime guarantee on the stitching. Took them back 8 months later and was told that the leather was too hard to restitch because the boots got wet and was told that I was too hard on them. If you have a desk job then I highly recommend them but if you work for a living then you should probably find a place that will honor their warranty.

I bought a pair of pull on boots on 9-1-15 and only six months later the soles were starting to come away from the boot and the waterproofing had a leak. Took them into the store and walked out hassle free with a brand new pair of boots. Awesome customer service.
