Until today, I didnt realize that Shoe Department employees worked on commission. I came looking for a specific pair and style of shoes, and did leave with one, but was very unimpressed with their sales approach. One worker helped me, but the entire time I could tell she was desperate for a sale and it was a severe turn off. The employee asked if anyone else helped me previously, and before checking out they had to mark up the box with their initial on it so they would get credit for the sale. I knew what I was looking for and had already managed to browse the store and try on a pair before she jumped in to "help", showing me things I had no interest in and overall just being too pushy. I prefer to browse on my own and not have a personal shopper following me around the store at every corner. I needed shoes, not a car! Because of this experience I am going to reconsider ever going to another Shoe Department store again. Very disappointed.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The customer service at this location is a joke! what happened to good customer service? I went in looking for a specific pair of shoes but couldnt find anyone to help me at all. I walked up to the cashier and there were two guys just talking to each other, one walks away and the other one just stood there completely ignoring me. I went to a different store ( nearby ) and found what I was looking for and the customer service was much better.

Tonight I went in with the intent to buy multiple pairs of shoes for my Son and myself. I ended up going somewhere else based on the horrible customer service by the older brunette woman. I will never go there again.

Its a freaking discount shoe store people! You have to sacrifice something to get Nikes for under $50! Great store. Buy a new pair every 3 months here...
