Customer service is very lacking! There were 3 employees working. Two of which were extremely rude. A female, and a male, who talked to each other the entire time. The third employee was stuck at the register, with a line of customers to be rung out, the whole time i was there, which was about an hour. And she kept apologizing to me because I needed help and no one would help me. The other two employees kept giving me dirty looks and whispering to each other. I am very displeased with my experience and will not be back.

The sales staff are not pushy, yet are very helpful. They make sure to listen and try to match you up with the perfect shoe. They also can order shoes not in stock, like the Streetcars that I love. The prices are quite reasonable too!
