I flew into MI for a couple of days to finish wedding prep. I purchased what I thought was going to be my wedding shoe. The shoe looked kinda worn and asked if they could call around to their other locations to see if the had another pair. They called one location and said no location had those since it is now the end of the season. Out of desperation I purchased it anyway because I needed a shoe to get my dress alterations done before I left to come back home. The very next day I found a much prettier shoe at Somerset. I tried to take their shoe back (the very next day after I purchased) and they refused to take it back because it looked worn. EVEN though I told THEM it looked a little worn? Very irritated that I am stuck with a $98 shoe that I have never worn (and never will) because they refused a return OR a store credit. My wedding is in Nov. and when I return to MI I will let every one know how terrible Show Village Inn in Farmington was!

Seems no matter what style shoe I want, they always have a size 11 in stock. Theyre always sold out at other stores. & if they dont have it, they will look into it at another location, or they always arrive in NO time when ordered.

Not like it used to be. This was a store that you could go to a fine different shoes and the price wasnt bad. Now this store has went to the dogs. Dont waist your time.
