Decent selection. Customer assistance was almost non-existent. The employees seemed more focused on whatever they were doing instead of helping customers. Three were there that I saw, one was with someone who was friend or family, one was on their ell phone chatting away. I asked the one other salesperson who was straightening shoes where I could find the size I was looking for. She didnt say a word just pointed. I left without making a purchase, I went to another shoe store to find shoes.

I was returning a pair of shoes that were to big, I didnt have the receipt or tags on the shoes. The sales clerk was very nice, friendly and happily exchanged them for a smaller size. Great costumer service, while they are not the closest Payless to my house they will continue to get my business, good costumer service is worth it! :-)

I always wait to go to Payless during the week while Im at work so I can go to this one specifically. The staff has always been super friendly and attentive. Very personable as well. Since I do work so close and am there often, they remember me from previous visits and make suggestions for me. I really enjoy that.

Friendly customer service! But there was not a lot of options for toddler shoes, which is what I was shopping for. And the mens shoes in the back corner were filthy, found a spider in one lol

They have the worst service Ive ever seen. They dont have any respect for there customers. The worker that I had to deal with does not know whats going on. I recommend you go to another shop.
