The staff were awesome today. I came in yesterday and saw some booties I really wanted but the price was a bit high. Also I only saw a half size up and down from my size and they only had 2 pair. I went home and looked online and their website showed they do have my size there-altho I realized that may not be accurate. So today I got a $20 off coupon. Awesome. So I went in to see if they had the 1 showing that was my size. I looked in the same area as last night and those 2 were gone. I asked 1 cashier and she said to check clearance. I did and didnt see them. So I ands ked Vianey, another cashier. She showed the 1 thats my size 8n her computer. She also called Easton and asked them to check. Then she decided to call the staff in the back to check again for the 1 showing. They found it!!! And she said it was back there because it was going on clearance 30% off!! Awesome. Plus my $20 off coupon. How often does that happen? These girls spent the time to check around and it paid off. Im so happy I didnt have to order them or drive all over town. Thanks Vianey and staff!! I love my boots.

The store manager (Lisa) would not look at me in the eyes after I made a $250 purchase. The reason being I asked if I could redeem a $10 coupon that was expired. I couldnt remember how long was the grace period (it is 30 days from the coupon expiration date). A store associate said the coupon was expired but they would honor it. However, I had to deal with negative attitude as if I wasnt a paying customer. I thanked Lisa even though she never made eye contact with me. I will shop at Nordstrom Rack next door from now.

I usually buy all my work (office) shoes here because of the selection and the reasonable prices. The staff is very laid back, which is a nice turn of events compared to other places trying to force other shoes on you. The place is overall clean as well, with no shoes thrown around the store.

Shoes..... Lots of shoes.. Also, for the ladies, they carry a very nice selection of lager sizes. Ive got a few ladys in my family with wide feet, almost impossible to find the right size (I will NOT go-to a mall with either of them just because of this) but had a lot of options here.

This location has great staff. Always welcoming and helping to their customers. I like their huge collection of shoes at great prices. I never miss to look up in their clearance area, found a great shoes at dirt cheap price.

Rating three stars for the majority of the store, but five for the clearance and athletic section - maybe my standards are too low, but Ive always found a good and reasonably cheap option for dress or leisure.

Decent selection. And you can score pretty good deals in the clearance section sometimes. But its a shoe store so I mean 4 stars for a shoe store.
