The guy that runs the store is rude and does not want to help his customers. Nor does he want to actually make a proper sale. He ordered the boots that I asked for without actually measure my foot which caused the wrong size boot to be ordered. When I brought them back and said they were too big he said he would order me the right ones but he was rude about it. And it turned out he never actually ordered the boots. I called every two days to see if they were in and each time he says they werent in yet and he doesnt know why. 2 weeks later I cancel my order and it took him a week to send me my check. I recommend that everyone in the area go to the Red Wing boot store by Great Lakes crossing on Baldwin Road.

Great store!! owner was very helpful and nice!! He answered all of our questions! My son bought a pair of irish settler boots and for him being a union member the owner gave him a discount!! Very happy and will return again! Hes located on telegraph in pontiac Mi!!
