Ordered a pair of bailey bow ugg boots online. I paid $20 extra for 2 day shipping and didnt come till 4 days after & they sent me toddler boots. So I went to the store and ordered a new pair gave her my license and what not and they said it would be 5-7 business days. Its been 10 days so.i called customer service to find out what was going on. Found out the girl at the store didnt even type the same address or name right so it shipped to the wrong address. Customer service said the boots were no longer available online so she would just issue the refund. Customer service on the phone was wonderful but the girl named katie at the store, you clearly shouldnt be working there if you cant type info off of someones license correctly. Taking my money elsewhere.

My family and I walked into journeys and we werent greeted. I hate to pull the race card but, my family and I are African Americans, I walked in first with my relatives behind me, we were looked at, then walked past by the store manager. A few moments later, a group of caucasion females walk in, he walks down from the register, smiles, and says "hello, is there anything that I can help you with today?", My family and I decided to go to shi, we are aware that they a jointed company, you want to go to a store that welcomes you, not a store that profiles you.

Know what you are getting, get in and get out. I ordered two pairs of shoes online because I didnt really know which color I wanted. The store clerk constantly affirmed that I could simply return whichever shoe I want to the store-- wrong! He forgot to mention that products that ship directly from the manufacture are not eligible to be returned in store nor can they be cancelled! Dont be a fool like m, now I have to wait a month to get my return...hopefully...

My brother and me were here looking for a pair of shoes. It has a basic indoor mall look for this kind of tenant, but I enjoyed it as it felt roomy, plus much of the generic appearance is covered by sections of clothing. All the items here look to be well-crafted and have several recognizible brands. We were helped out by a saleslady who was nice and has a little bit of humor.

Not very helpful when UGG boots purchased began to fall apart. They were unwilling to exchange,repair or replace after 90days. I dont ever plan to purchase here again. M.L.T. 3/19/2012
