Those who walk upon the widest of feet rejoice for here is a shoe store for us! I am sure that they have shoes for people with normal feet but I am an edge case and of you are too you know the frustration of looking at a wall of shoes knowing none will fit you. The New Balance store is a first class expirience. Chris analyzed my hair, balance, foot structures, put me on a machine that suggested what type of shoes to try, and he came out from the back with more shoe boxes than have ever been brought for me. I tried on the second pair - a USA made pair of 990s in a 9 4E. They have 4E! They even had 6E. Also, and I did not know this before, New Balance saves the best shoes for the corporate boutique stores.

By CB in Northville-- I wear 10.5 N and have a high arch. Never could find womens shoes this size anywhere but online. The staff is wonderful!! Found me running and general purpose shoes on first visit. Their policy is wear them up to 90 days and if not happy they will take them back. They even fitted my husbands picky feet and credited him for a pair he purchased from another online store!
