Poor customer service! So disappointed...and we wonder whats wrong with the world today! Went in to make a return of mens dress shoes that clearly had never been worn and the older woman behind the counter says"these have been worn, I cant return them", as she rudely put the receipt in my face and pointed to the bottom where it says return policy. I said those have NEVER been worn other then trying them on in your store on the carpet! If theres a little dust on the bottom its from your store! Just rude and never once smiled. First time shopping there and its my last time!...btw, the shoes did get returned and she hated evey minute of the transaction! Customer service-treat others how you would want to be treated

Very rude ... went there exactly at 8:54 a set of couples got put if their car before us and went up to the door well the lady unlocked it and shut it behind the couple and relocked it . My son and I was running up to the door while she was locking it and she shook her head at us stating they was closed. It was very rude the lady never apologized. AND what really pissed me off to the fullest that she let the other people in literally right before us. Trust me I will be contacting the manager.

I was looking through selections, already had about $100 worth of shoes in my hand...Was planning to buy more but the sales lady comes up and says are you ready? In an impatient tone, grabs the boxes and tells me where the checkout line was.
