Its a napa, so they usually have the parts. However, everyone at this particular store is very cocky, arrogant, and unprofessional. Im always treated like an idiot and like the clerk knows more than I do about my own car. Ive specifically had a part in my hand looking for a replacement and had the employee behind the counter tell me "its impossible" that this came off my car. What?? After spending a couple minutes convincing him that it in fact was off of my car and that he should look anyways, lo and behold - there it was. Whenever I wait in line and overhear other customers interactions, its the same thing over and over again. Clerk treats them like a small child. I should also note that dropping f-bombs with customers in the store is unprofessional as well. I would much rather use cheap O-reilly auto parts than go back to this Napa...the times that I have been in the store have been enough.

That absolute best staff that you could ask for. They went beyond what was expected of them. Laticia, Matt, Kandi, Jerry, and many more are the reason I will be back. They deserve all the good things coming to them for how much they care about their customers.

Needed a brake booster check valve Took them 20 minutes and couldnt find a listing for it. Went to autozone, had the part and was out in 5 minutes. People at Napa just dont have a clue about auto parts.

Big thx to Jason for finding a bolt that fixed the caliber instead of buying a whole kit. Got it fixed be for the wife and kids got done eating to continue vacation.
