Best job I have ever had a wonderful crew that has work with me being in a homeless with my two son everyone here has contribute in some kind of way for us not too be soo stressed as were trying too find a place to call home leaving Houston Texas and embracing this awesome small city grandrapids Michigan as our new home hoping to volunteer at de vos children hospital as I was born handicap with cerebral palsy but Im relentless and will work hard too give the best customer service possible and learn from my peers Edward , will ,Rome , Tony , fremio , becca , Brittney ,and few others they continue too show us love and patience as Im not in the greatest health or situation being that I have no family here thank you AUTO ZONE !!!!

SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE, DONT SHOP HERE. The employees I dealt with were completely incompetent. I called ahead to check for brake pads. They didnt have them. They ordered them for me to be in later in the day. After they failed to call me back. I called them to see if my brake pads had FINALLY arrived, at 7pm mind you. They said they were at the store waiting for me. After picking them up and getting home and switching out pads I discovered they didnt even give me the right brake pads.

This store is seriously mismanaged. The employees are not that of other stores I have shopped at and the manager I dealt with was condescending and rude. After my visit, I called with a customer service issue and was HUNG UP ON after being insulted by said manager. My issue is pending with the senior managers but I think your money is spent better elsewhere.

I love the fact that you can borrow tools here for free - deposit required. They will pull OBD codes for you. Theyll test your charging system and battery for free as well. They honor their lifetime warranties, so brake pads and alternators can be quite a bargain if youre planning g to keep your cars for a long time.

Called in for a part tonight to try and get something fixed before the store closed, and not only were the staff quickly and easily able to find what I needed, they walked me step by step through what I needed to do, so I wouldnt be stuck when I got home to install it. Awesome service, thanks a lot guys!

The guys and gals at this location are extremely helpful and personable. They helped me every step of the way without any hesitation. The carried themselves as if they werent just "doing their job", but seemed eager to help. It was an extremely enjoyable experience.

Called ahead, they could test my starter and had new part on hand. Got there and they were friendly fast and knowledgeable. They had their computers malfunction and took 10% off for the inconvenience. I would definitely go back.

Guys here are friendly and knowledgeable. Although, asking for parts, not all of them will ask which brand you want. Store is laid out in an easy to find fashion. Employees will gladly help you if you need it. No griping here.
