Okay. So to begin, to the woman who works here, dont bring your outside drama into work. We were driving and she got mad because SHE didnt use a blinker to get in here and our car is obviously having issues. Then she comes in the store with an attitude. Grow up lady. Second of all, lets work on some customer service skills. Nicholas attitude was not needed nor accepted. Sorry I didnt know the name of this "Coolant Air Bleeder Screw". Thanks for belittling me in front of other customers and everyone else in the store to get a reaction out of the lady who already clearly had an attitude with us. Thanks. Never EVER coming to this awful store again NOR will I EVER recommend it. Guess everyone else will enjoy all the money that my BMW consumes.

I stopped in on 8/16/15 to replace my battery in my older car. I was very thankful for their friendly staff and service. A simple battery replacement turned into quite the ordeal, as there were issues with rusted out bolts, which also required having to replace the battery tray. The new tray didnt fit in my car but the nice gentleman helping me snipped, drilled, and added new bolts until we were able to make it fit in place. This was all done in the rain and he was friendly and helpful the whole time. I dont remeber the guys name who helped me but I cant appreciate your assistance enough. I would definitely recommend their service!

John Williams the Store Manager was a great deal of help to us on our vacation. We were having truck problems and he took the time to listen to the truck, listen to us, help us diagnose, help us solve, and refer us to helpful sources and places. He really took a lot of time and effort on us, and it meant a lot to us. This was a knowledgeable and helpful man. We appreciate all he did!

Standing around the counter waiting for someone to ring me up for 10 minutes. Where are they? Is there a break room back there? Why does it matter what method Im using for payment? Each register does one thing I guess. (just like the staff) Just order what you need online. I guarantee itll be cheaper and less hassle.

Dead battery while on vacation with the family. This AutoZone went above and beyond to help me. They removed my old battery and installed the new one in a matter of minutes. They made, what could of been a vacation disaster, into nothing more than a hiccup. Thanks!!!

Clean store. Friendly staff. Had to change a spark plug in their parking lot. I borrowed their tools and the guy at the counter showed me a cool way to retrieve the sparkplug. Great experience. Kudos
