Stopped in for low power steering fluid on a new car so I dont know it well yet. Original guy misspelled "stearing" then said they didnt carry what I needed. Asked a guy with a beard if he knew and he asked, " Did you Google it?" Of course. And of course I looked in the owners manual too. He gave me some rough info and I looked on a Mazda forum again to make sure I was correct. Nobody helped me locate the product. Just bad customer service all around. I understand stress, but if you know what I need, what was the purpose of talking down to me and not helping me at all? Update your system. Train your employees better. Ive been going to AutoZone a lot for the past few years because I had an 88 Volvo which I knew a lot about and maintained all by myself. This experience sucked a lot. I was in there for 30 minutes second-guessing myself. Ill go to a different AutoZone from now on. Really disappointed.

I noticed my front light was out on my SUV and went in to have my lightbulb replaced on my vehicle for fear of getting pulled over with a light out. It would have been a 5 minute ordeal at 8:30pm, they closed at 10pm. The asst. mgr./associate refused to assist me because he said it was only 2 of them there. There was absolutely no other customers in the store or outside of the store in the 15 min. I spent trying to get assistance! I will never return to this location in the future. If you arent going to assist people up until your location closes then change your store hours bc this is very inconvenience for your customers.

These guys are the BEST ever! Somebody backed into my hood then my battery went dead - I charged it myself but the hood latch broke so I couldnt reseat the fuse in order to re-enter my radio code. They got under my hood with no problem, with a smile, and got me going in minutes - I cannot thank them enough! They even sold me this awesome "Lethal Threat" LED light up baseball cap which Ill use to scramble security cameras from detecting my face from a distance. Its a privacy thing and its personal, you know. Thanks guys! Well be back!

To post required the star which I would not give. I Went in for 2 of heater hose, it was behind the wall. I stood in the parts line for 20 minutes while the clerk: Took a personal call on his mobile phone. Checked out two other walkins that got goods off the shelves. Then a subsequent walkin with a light bulb, (which are on the shelves) set me off. WTF I am the invisible man Avoid this place drive east 1/4 mi on left is an Advanced auto parts five☆

I bought their most expensive "ceramic" break pads, they lasted less than a year and stained my wheels. Then the last time I was in there some jerk who appeared to be the manager was confrontational and insulted me about my motorcycle. The other 2 parts places in Middletown are a real contrast, NAPA and the other one down on the left before Evergreen. Anyway they are both knowledgeable and friendly.

Commercial account specialist is not very friendly or welcoming, comes off as quite rude. Might want to discuss that with him considering he is responsible for large accounts that do a lot of business with you. Other than that the other employees have always been more than helpful.
