Polite, knowledgeable staff, I just had a bad expirence with buying a starter for my diesel truck. Went through 5 of the horrible quality bargin starters before I asked (and unfortunately fought) for a refund. I went to another supplier and paid for the real deal and havent had a problem. I wouldnt recommend buying any major component from a place like this, but they do have wise people to ask and help with minor things.

I received outstanding customer service this evening. I purchased a tail light and was going to attempt to install it myself. I asked if it would be easy to install and the employee offered to install the bulb for me. He took the time to explain the installation to me so that I could do it myself in the future. I will be coming back to this Auto Zone for my auto needs.

Literally just left there and there was nobody in the store I was only one but yet I was invincible apparently. Stood there for 20min and didnt get a single acknowledgment from either 1 of the 2 people working smfh if you dont want to provide customer service then dont work at an auto parts store. Wont go there again.

The counter help has always been great. They can order your part for the next day if they dont have it then. And guess What??. ..they will check your codes for the "check engine " lite and help with simple installation rigjt in their parking lot.

I love Auto zone but this one is one of the worse ones. Im not big on cars so I come in to get help when looking for car parts and Im never given the right info. Its quite frustrating.

Always helpful anytime I find myself in need of help getting the engine error code read. Nicely located just outside of downtown.
