This is about Cathy on lane 9 on 3/11/2017 at 8:15pm. We patiently waited for her to finish gabbing with a senior couple in front of us. She was going on and on about how terrible the self-checkout was and how it was taking away jobs. Finally, it was our turn. Though Cathy was proficient in scanning our items, she was severely lacking in customer service. She did not greet us at all. Just mindlessly scanned our items and then handed us a receipt, absolutely zero verbal interaction. We did not greet her because we thought what she said previously, loud enough for all to hear, was so incredibly rude. Who insults the company she works for WHILE ringing people up? This is why millennials LOVE the self-checkouts, we get the job done ourselves and we do not have to worry about rude, unhappy people that hate their job and project it onto everyone else around them. Some people just do not know when to retire. A very nice manager listened to me, 20ft away from Cathy. Sorry, Cathy- its time to retire.

This Wal-Mart has more Chiefs than Natives. Seriously the management is such a joke youd think you were at a circus. Every other manager has a different story for their poor excuse of a job "well done". I remember seeing a manager named Emily (I think) screaming at her Deli staff over subs not being filled and not having enough chickens out. I looked over at the chicken warmer and there was still 10 left!! Regardless thats no way to treat your employees and I feel so bad for every employee that has to deal with this garbage management.

I dont know if I hit the right day or if they were putting something in the water. I came in and hit the deli and not only did Devin Long go out of his way to inform me the best meat to get but to also show me other product that I would enjoy. Then did other shopping and checked out to a new cashier I have not seen before Joshua and he was the nicest person. I know he didnt but he sure seemed to care how my day and shopping experience was. The atmosphere set the stage to put me in a great mood all day. Good job staff.

WOW... I called this morning looking for a Hawaiian shirt (i knew they were out of season but hoped for some clearence leftovers) the woman in mens clothing assured me there were none. So i spent 3 hours driving around livingston looking with no luck. I got home after finding some crap from salvation army and decided to go look at walmart myself. Upon walking into the mens department I noticed AN ENTIRE FIN RACK OF THEM. These morons dont deserve the minimum wage they get paid!!!!!! End of story.

My Walmart of choice 4sure!! Extremely clean, excess supply of personnel that appear to really love their jobs. Always happy and smiling. The best part about this store is the employees. If I ask where something is they dont stand there and point to an aisle---they actually go with you to find the item your looking for. Now that my friends is what customer service is all about.

Not a fan of having a high school reunion every time I step in this place on the way to my parents. But, all things considered, this is actually a pretty nice walmart compared to the others. Sad its run a lot of other places in town out of business. But thats the residents fault for deciding to shop there, not Walmarts.

Fowlerville Wal-Mart is... Well... Just that, a Wal-Mart. It provides goods and services, many of which being necessities and others just luxury. It is beneficial and convenient to have the store in the local area, as it serves also as a landmark, but is not necessary to keeping Fowlerville on its feet.

Always liked going to this store today was an exception the cashier was rude after she finally showed up to her registering. Complaining on how i put my 4 small items on the vaccum box the 5th item i was buying. I couldnt believe her attitude over something so minimal.

Great selection! Decent prices. Very clean store. Check the meat dept for yellow tag markdowns. Clearance food rack in front of registers if they have one. Download the savings catcher app for price matching other stores its definitely worth using!!

Theres nothing super about Walmarts "Supercenters". I go there to buy something because its the only place in the area with what I wanted to get, my credit card gets locked and I have to call to get it unlocked because its a "Walmart".

My goto local grocery center + quick fix it store. Not bad selection its a smaller Walmart with some decent prices. 2-3 isles of clearance section so always find some good gems. Lots of parking space.

Never have anything in stock. So many registers but only 4 are open. Carts are always piled up in parking lot. But it is a clean store and the cashiers were nice.

Its Wal-Mart. Recent changes have not improved the store. The employees seem annoyed to answer questions. Only two registers open on a Monday evening.
