The worst visit yet. I went in because the internet said the Hartland store has 3 zero gravity chairs the Fenton store was out so I drove down from Holly. No chairs and no help. I was going to buy some cereal so that it wouldnt be a total wasted trip. But after waiting in line for quite awhile and seeing several other shoppers leave I decided to do the same. First time in over a year Ive been in a target I doubt Ill ever be in another one

The grey hair lady is so sweet but SO SLOW at her job!!!!! I come in regularly. Her line is always so long and she stops scanning to talk peoples ears off. Sorry but there should be no reason her lane is the only one open. She also scanned my shoes i bought individually. Not by pairs by shoes... I got charged $30 more than i shouldve been!!! I asked her if she could fix it and she told me that they sell the shoes individually not by pair.

As good as a target can be.. I walked the whole store and passed about 5 employees, not one of them asked me if I needed help or even said hi.. That is until I went to the pizza hut counter and was greeted by Wendy. She was so nice, and overly friendly to me, what a sweetheart.. She actually made my day, so thank you Wendy!

While inside shopping, my vehicle was damaged. It was captured on their security cameras, but the store refused to give me any information about it. Never been back since.
