This review is on Target Mobile Dept not the entire store. We needed 3 iphones. The first store only had 2 so we went to 2000 W. Waters store. The mobile clerk Amanda was ignorant to the ATT iPhone were asking for. She said she can only sell us contracted phones. We told her that is untrue because we just bought 2 from another store and needed 1 more. She walked away for 10 min and came back with supervisor, Corey. Corey refused to sell us because we already bought 2. We told him we didnt buy it in this store and only came here because the other store didnt have another one. He again refused because he has the RIGHT to LIMIT number of phones a customer can buy. We asked who assigned him the responsibility to oversee the ENTIRE Target mobile chain phone inventory? Furthermore, if his clerk, Amanda, is well informed; we wouldnt have mentioned we already bought 2 from another store. All we needed is 1 more for our son. It is not like we want to purchase the entire stock. Obviously our honesty is being used again us. End result, Cory got "ugly" and insisted he has all the right to limit customer purchase and refused to sell us another phone. We left a feedback with store manager but never received any return call. The worst customer service in my entire life shopping anywhere. We have never been treated in such dis-respectful way as though were "cheating" in some way. We have shopped at Target frequently; however, this experience will direct our future purchase elsewhere.

One of the worst Targets Ive ever visited. They have a small selection, and seem to be pricier than normal Target stores. The staff wasnt very friendly, which was different than most any other Target Ive frequented. I love Target and I enjoy supporting them, however I havent had enjoyable experiences at this Target. My advice: Go to Walmart over this Target.

Ugly blonde woman who works the checkout/returns counter wasnt friendly at all. Bad experience, and the irony of all of it was that she was talking to one of the other cashiers while ringing me out; she was explaining how shes the "nicer twin" I didnt see that anywhere.

I have never had a bad experience here! This was one of my default choices for making up my new home in Ann Arbor because their cashiers are always friendly! Their Starbucks staff are also lovely. Always a pleasure.

Chronically understaffed. Long waits if you need something unlocked and long lines at the register. Most of the time Im there I find myself why I didnt just drive over to a Meijer or the Target on Carpenter Road.

My favorite store! They have nice clothes that fit a small hard-to-find person, cosmetics and some groceries now. They have their own brand of food Archer Farms, Market Pantry which are very high quality.

Its a decent Target store and pretty much exactly like every other Target. The biggest problem is that getting in and out of the parrking lot is a real pain, and the parking lot is awful to navigate.

Nice building, but employees close the store a few (5-10) minutes before their official closing time...which sucks, as you expect most businesses to keep their doors open until their listed time.

Returning gifts is a pain. They force you to use their kiosks to process your own returns. The kiosks are difficult to use and are dirty. Overall return process stinks.
