The worst. I have yet to encounter someone whose competent that is employed at this location. All of their staff seems to operate like robots. They have no clue on how to trouble shoot or resolve customer issues at all. To be fair, I have not visited this location often and when I do it’s either to exchange or return an item and I always leave frustrated and disappointed and receive absolutely no help or any assistance on how to resolve my issues if any. Case in point, I purchased 3 pairs of shoes for my daughter. The same style and same color, but for the third pair I went up a size for her to wear at a later date only to notice 2 months after my purchase, in my box were 2 left shoes. Because of Sears return policy, they advised (corporate Sears); there was nothing they could do because of the return policy, even if it was no fault of the consumer. I purchased these shoes from the Stone Crest location. So overall, I will not be shopping at this location any more, let alone Sears. Word to the wise if you try to return an item and they refuse to return your items because you do not have a receipt, but you have the ticket that was provided to you from another location confirming your online pick up, refer to your email that confirms that your online pick up is ready. It has the return code on there. NO one in the store knew and I had no clue until I was checking my email at home. This return code does not show on the sears website showing what you purchased, but it is on the confirmation email stating your pick up is ready. No one in the store knew. This is a tactic that Sears use to keep consumers money and they wonder why they are going out of business.

Dont buy anything on their Whynotleaseit program ! Its a total ripoff, look at reviews online...Sears should be ashamed to be pushing this on their customers.. they tell u its only 5 payments, but at end of that u have to then buy the product or keep paying, essentially ldoubling ur purchase price...continue to drive Sears out of business t. They r sooo resperate to stay alive, they are extorting their customers and cheating us out of our hard earned $$ while the owners vacation in a foreign tropic island somewhere. * Lastly please look at reviews about whynotleaseit. And if ur offered this, it means ur sales rep is not on ur side..they are fully aware that this is a scam...they still get their commission no matter how you suffer in the long run...Michelle at Stonecrest was my rep...Beware at all costs!

need staff that want to work I guess. Called about an online order for pickup, called the store 6 times, asked for different dept each time via outgoing auto message, 1) it doesnt understand English very well, 2) each dept picked does NOT answer the phone, 3) theres no rerouting of call, after so many rings, it just hangs up. So, I go to online chat, then they tell me the email I received was INCORRECT, part ordered IS IN STOCK< and now will be available TWO entire weeks later than needed, vs allowing me to have it shipped and pick up the other one, and alarmed me via link that said NO LONGER available, and it is a required part. SMH worst online ordering and customer service experience!

Made an appointment when I arrived i was advised that i was reschedule I asked when was I suppose to be informed she stated that the manager called me this morning just so happen the manager walks in stating he did no such thing. They wanted me to wait an additional 2hrs plus up charge me for something I did not ask for. They are unprofessional and unorganized it seems that Groupon is for stores that cant make sales on their own due to bad service anyway. Dont go to Sears Car Center on Mall Parkway

Made a purchase, the product was defective, after waiting 5 days to receive product, it was going to take another 5 days to get me a replacement due to delivery scheduling. Manager says their was nothing he could to expedite the delivery. Once I told him to pick it all up and give me a refund they were out the next day to pick it up. Been going to Sears for over 40 years and have never had such a terrible experience.

Dont bother with the tool section anymore. Went there to purchase a number of craftsman sockets to replinish a set. 1/2 the tool section was empty. We took a couple of pictures to send to upper sears management, they cut off all cummunication. There is no interest in fixing the problems. All thats left in that store are a few workers trying to care for a dying store. What a shame.

Ordered tires online and set appointment the following week for mounting before our road trip. Called and confirmed that the tires were in - in case I needed to change my appointment. Received numerous reminders about my appointment. Showed up at appointment and tires were not in. They could have called - and not lied when I called to confirm. Ridiculous incompetency.

Their auto care center sucks . There was one person in the bay serving 4 cars and one associate servicing customers at the counter. After waiting 20 minutes just to possibly be next in line .... I got in my car and drove off.
