This store is a unique hardware store in the city of Hamtramck and provide all help to all customers in the city and around metro Detroit area. The people who work there are friendly and cooperative with all customers.They have competitive prices, products and good quality service. They provide you with all after sale services and adivces how to fix, set up and prepare your construction materials and items. I recommend others to deal with this store. I placed an order (#214) online for an air conditioning motor and received confirmation. I selected 3 day delivery and was willing to pay the extra 37.38 for delivery. Awaited motor, motor never arrived, no notice from Hamtramck. I sent an e-mail to Adnan Gobah of Hamtramck and never heard back. Made me look rediculous to my customer with no a/c. Based on their response to the other reviewer you can see what youre dealing with. Would have given no stars if possible.

These guys are not very helpful and very rude. They seem too busy with their cell phones to assist customers. They have even been known to hang-up on customers when on the phone. With several nice hardware stores in the area, with helpful people working in them, I will avoid this one in the future. I recommend others do the same.

Good local hardware store. I own a business in Hamtramck and this is my go-to place for all the hardware odds and ends I need. Not as cheap as a Home Depot or Lowes, maybe, but the staff are friendly and helpful and I dont have take a long drive and then wait in line.

For me closest palce to go and get whatever i need. I dont have to drive 12 miles to get few tools i need. The customers service always great. They try to help you out soon they can. Very helpful.

Prices are a little too high. But its right around the block from me. Customer service is not always good. They have sold me the wrong sized stuff..while the told me it was the right size.

Always helps me find whatever I need, usually has all the stuff Home Depot has at competitive prices. Also has huge selection of used items. Doors are cheaper than Home Depot!
