Maybe theyre a little pricier than the bigger guys, but you cant beat the customer service. We had a can of Ace paint explode all over the siding, porch, cement, my clothes, skin... Went back to the store, and the manager, Kevin Bacon (yes, thats his name), took care of everything. He offered to have my house cleaned, but I told him Id do it myself. So he gave me all the chemicals, brushes, gloves, and other supplies I needed to get the paint off of everything, and he replaced the paint! I dont know if the big guys wouldve stepped up as well as Kevin did, but I do know that Kevins level of customer service is extraordinary.

Always able to find what I need. Or I just ask and the employees are able to find what I need with out issue. The people that work at Great Lakes Ace Hardware are great people willing to help no matter what. I bought a Weber gas grille the employees and manager help me load it up in my pickup truck and they followed me home and helped me to unload it from my pickup truck. Great Lakes Ace Hardware keep up the good work.
