Went to this store on 4/12/14. While I was browsing I tried asking one of the workers there a question. He was a younger guy with dark hair, I didnt get his name. Anyway I called out excuse me sir at least 4 times to the guy and he just blatantly ignored me. So I figured ok, maybe hes hard of hearing so I walked directly up to him and standing 2 feet away I said excuse me to him again. He never even turned his head in my direction. He then proceeded to act as though he was stocking shelves and I didnt exist. I walked away of course stating a few choice words of my own and went to find a manager. I asked another associate working there for a manager and she said she was going to get the manager as we spoke because apparently another gentleman had just had the exact same experience with the same worker. The associate went into a room and then came back out and stated that the manager was in the middle of eating lunch and would get out to us when she was finished...... REALLY!!! I just found what I was looking for at this point and left the store. Morale of the story, Harbor freight seems to be hiring staff that has just as much value as the majority of their tools they sell... CHEAP AND UNDEPENDABLE!!!!!

This is a fairly typical Harbor Freight Tools. I shop here regularly because there is always some tool or thingamajig that I need. Never buy more than one thing at a time so that you can use your 20% off coupon from the Val-Pak coupons or your weekly ads in the newspaper. Also, dont forget to use your other coupon to grab your freebie, whether it be a flashlight or a tape measure! :) Only one freebie and one 20% off discount allowed per day, so I only ever get one item and a flashlight each time I stop by this place!

If you have a question and you can find an employee they usually can guide you to the right item if they have it. They dont think ahead for people like me, who dont know tools that well, to leave us (me) know that the new air nailer/ stapler and compressor not only need a hose to connect them. But that neither of them come with that hose. Now we go back to the store... Plus side is Ive always been happy with the items Ive purchased from them.

Dont trust them , I bought drill from and it has 90 days warranty it broke on me before the end of the warranty of tow weeks when I tried to return it they sad ok but we dont have the same drill come back in three days and then when I came back they didnt want to return it Theyre not good company Dont trust there warranty

Worst experience Ive had asking for items to be pulled. The staff I dealt with including the impatient cashier made me leave unsatisfied and a thousand dollars I would have spent is still in my pocket. Ill go to home depot.
