I like it just being a smaller hardware store. The employees are always nice, and happy to help you find whatever it is youre looking for. Free popcorn is a nice touch. Recently, I walked out of the store with my new push lawnmower, and an employee, who was on lunch break, and had absolutely no obligations to me kindly asked if he can help me load the mower in the back of my truck, I was very impressed. ps I noticed that they had probably a better selection in the screws/nuts/bolts/washers/misc./etc section than the big box stores do.
