I bought Ace Hardware paint and painted a table and chairs and needed more to paint a china cabinet. I asked them 2 weeks ago to order more paint in. I went into the store twice looking for it. The third time they said they would have some for me the next day. I sent the person who I was paying to paint it in to get the paint at noon because they said it would be there by then. At 1:00 they said 20 more mins. At 1:30 still no paint. Now hes at Home Depot trying to match the paint. So 2 hours later and still no paint. I paid the painter to sit for 2 hours at Ace. I wanted to support my local store but didnt know it would be so hard for them to restock their shelves. RESTOCK YOUR SHELVES IF YOU WANT THE LOCALS TO SUPPORT YOU Just finished the cabinet in the paint from Home Depot and it doesnt match the chairs and table. Now have to repaint everything. More money

What a refreshing change from my local big box hardware store. The staff here are so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was accustomed to going into my local big box hardware store and never finding anybody to help me or when I did find somebody they became agitated with my questions or didnt know how to answer them. If they dont have something on hand they will even make phone calls to other suppliers to help you find your item. Even if the price on something might be a little bit higher to me it is completely worth it because of the help and positive experience that they provided.

Worst place Ive ever been manager is a very smug guy whos obviously only there to help himself very uneducated staff wouldnt send my worst enemy there there motto must be "Ace is the place of uneducated hardware store" DESPICABLE ! ! !
